This project included two additions to the home: a 12′ x 16′ sunroom and a 24′ x 24′ primary suite featuring a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. To create a more open living space, two load-bearing walls between the kitchen and living room were removed and replaced with LVL structural beams to properly support the roof.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry along with a distinctive bar cabinet area highlighted by a ribbon mahogany bar counter and a Cape-inspired accent crafted in white maple. Flooring throughout the space is random-width Shaker Gray luxury vinyl plank (LVP), adding warmth and durability.

In the primary bathroom, the shower is finished with Oasis glass tile, creating a bright, spa-like focal point.
