This project began with a complete interior gut of the existing cottage. Our team redesigned the layout to create a brighter, more functional living experience. We vaulted the ceilings to open the space and applied closed-cell spray foam insulation to fully comply with the new Stretch Energy Code.

The interior features durable luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, complemented by custom cabinetry in both the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is finished with Corian countertops and a full Corian wall splash for a seamless, modern appearance. Nickel-gap wainscoting with chair rail detail wraps the perimeter of the cottage, enhancing the coastal charm.

To ensure year-round comfort, we installed a Daikin mini-split system providing efficient heating and air conditioning.

On the exterior, we refreshed the cottage with new Azek trim and double-dipped white cedar shingles in Cape Cod Gray. The deck was upgraded using Azek gray decking and finished with low-maintenance white PVC railings—adding both beauty and longevity.
